Please note that all designs are copyrighted by “Anchor Appliance”. All products are intended for personal use only, and may not, under any circumstances be resold, redistributed, used for commercial purposes or as part of a commercial enterprise without our explicit retail permission.

Shipping

Anchor Appliance products are shipped from the USA. We offer domestic and international shipping.
Products will be shipped with a tracking number to the address you provided during checkout, Please make sure you have the correct address on file.

Typically, orders take up to 3 days from the time the order is placed to when it is shipped, and possibly even sooner ;). Timing may vary from order to order.

Items will be carefully wrapped, packed to ensure their safe arrival to you.
Please note that any additional fees if applied by the recipient country upon accepting the shipment are solely on the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of this business, we are unable to refund or exchange the product you’ve purchased should you change your mind upon receipt of said product. It is very important to us that you be happy with your new purchase and for this reason, we are available to you 24-hours a day to answer any questions you might have (in relation to the design, size, material, etc), prior to purchase.

In the event of damage to the merchandise during transit, if you wish to receive a replacement or refund, we require that you send the damaged product(s) back to us, and we would be more than happy to accommodate. Please keep in mind, however, that the shipping of any and all damaged merchandise is to be incurred by the customer. Replacement is on us.

For undelivered items (caused by USPS – delayed in custom or for other unknown reasons) – If your item hasn’t arrived in 4 weeks from shipping date, a refund for your money or a replacement on our expense will be offered.

For an unclaimed item that was returned to us – there will be no refunds, only re-shipping at your expense.
